Overall the order and purchasing went really good. Joe P. helped me with the order as we have multiple shirts and sizes as well as additional screen print colors that went smoothly. Customer service was very prompt with responses and made assurance products would be delivered by the specific deadline. All in all our employees are happy with the shirts and we would use CustomInk in the future.

CustomInk has the BEST customer service I have ever worked with! After creating my shirts on the super easy to use design lab and placing multiple orders over the phone my shirts had finally arrived! After noticing we had messed up by not checking our proof for mistakes we called customer service and they work with us to fix our mistake! Myself and the company I work for will definitely be using CustomInk the next time we need any custom Tshirts made!!!

Because I didn't realize I could combine items on one order, I created two orders for the same screen printing. One of your customer service folks combined the orders and let me know that she saved me money. No company does that. I couldn't believe she actually took the time to save me money. I will never buy logo items any place else.
