Overall I am unsatisfied with this order. I have used custom ink several times in the past for order for ECN Dance team and the Studio that I own (Danz Kraze). I have had great experience in the past. However, several times I have called my order in and I am kicking myself that I did not this time. I feel like I would have gotten better service if I had done so. Our design was mostly a dark gray font with light gray outline. On the computer screen, my ipad, and my cell phone it was clear that the colors were different. The paw prints were also a very different shade from the dark gray. When we received the shirts the coloring was almost identical. It made the lettering very hard to read . When we are wearing these as team t-shirts I want people to be able to see what team we are from across the gym. I feel like if I would have called in maybe a representative would have taken the time to guide me that these would print this way, I also hoped that the design editor would take the time to remove the one paw print that was behind the wording if it made it unreadable (as it did not appear this way on screen). Should I have known these things I would have for sure printed the outline in white. When initially looking at it in white it looked drastic, but i'd rather have it readable. I guess I am disappointed that I did not get the same quality customer service ordering online as I would have if I would have called in. We love the style of the shirt and were so excited this shirt came in our school color. But for the cost of this shirt, especially paying the two color screen we are unsatisfied.
