Really pleased with my experience. Custom ink had the most variety of art and t-shirt choices for what I wanted to do. I used both the live chat and phone customer service options to ask questions about and to place my order. Everyone was great - friendly, helpful and truly interested in getting me the best deal possible and making sure I got what I wanted. If you want to customize your order but can't figure out how to do what you want on the website give them a call - they can tell you if what you want is possible and how to best achieve it. I was able to get exactly what I wanted because I called my order in - I'm glad I didn't just give up when I didn't see the options on the web site. Website was easy to use. Shirts arrived quickly and look awesome. I got thermal shirts and was worried about how the screen printing would turn out on the waffled texture but it looks great/ professional. I wish I could have zoomed in closer on my design preview to make sure certain things lined up precisely - but everything turned out perfect when it arrived - I'm glad they have staff that checks your design out before they print it. Wish the prices could have been a little lower for my small order - but they are comparable to other online services and the shirts turned out great so no real complaints.

Great experience....expensive but worth it.

I had a complicated order and the staff responded to my online chat immediately. When I called in to place my order, the staff member was pleasant, thorough, efficient, and easy to work with. Thank you! (My only disappointment was the 25% rush fee. I think its a little steep.)

Love the variety of shirts you offer. I do shirts for 8th grade confirmation class each year and I love that I can vary color/logo and also style.
