Let me start with the one negative - on the last order I just received, the very top sweatshirt (and there was only 5 items in the box) - had a stain on the chest/neck area, right below the collar. I tried washing the sweatshirt at home - it came out to where if you didn't know there was a stain, you'd have to look for it. But from a quality control standpoint - I definitely didn't appreciate having to wash a sweatshirt that arrived that day because it was shipped with a stain on it (and it was in the plastic - so hard to believe that happened during transit).

We like to design our own sweatshirts, so we like the site - even it doesn't let us put the wording or numbers where we want them.

it all would've been perfect if every shirt and sweater was a size smaller, the sizes are inaccurate. i've spent $1000 on my familys christmas gifts, and am giving them a size larger than they are. other than that, i loved the shirts and sweaters, and will order again, but leery of the sizes stated.

I love CustomInk. I have dealt with them personally and professionally for years and I find them to have the utmost respect for their customers and the customer service they provide is exemplary. The products are top-notch, the screenprinting better than can be imagined, and they provide it all within a reasonable time frame. Whatever your budget, you can find something here to fit your needs.

I am very pleased with the customer service, products and ease of use of the website. The order was processed quickly and shipped out in a timely manner too. The shirts look good and everyone is pleased with them.
