All of the "Inkers" or customer reps were great to work with. Very fast response times. No communication issues. Even when the back of my t-shirt design turned out wrong (glitch with the website where my husband had previously ordered shirts and somehow the back of his old shirt became the back of my new shirt by accident), this was quickly fixed with no issues on follow-up or changes in delivery window. Despite needing a larger size for three shirts that the selected style did not come in, this was quickly accommodated with a fairly comparable shirt. Overall, high marks for this company, their customer service, and their product. I would order from them again.

We have completed many tee shirt orders with Custom Ink over the past five years. We have found their product quality to be excellent and their customer service even better. They take great care of us. As our personal rep, Shelby has been on top of all our needs and helps keep us on track with our orders. Delivery time is exceptional. Our recent order arrived three days early! You just don't find that level of service in many companies.
