I have had such an easy time ordering these tank tops! They were very easy to work with and got everything done the way I needed them to! I called to adjust my order after I had placed it and it worked out perfectly! Could not have asked for a better experience!

Even though I had some hiccups with the order page, when I contacted Customer Service I was taken care of in a friendly and professional manner. Also, the design page was easy to use, and I ended up very happy with the final product. Also, I was impressed in the accuracy of my delivery date and the way the tanks were packaged. I'm thankful they were wrapped in a protective bag because it was raining like crazy when they were left in the box on my doorstep!

I can not say enough nice things about your company. I spoke to your account rep. named Mathew Hoffman. He was amazingly patient, kind, helpful, and professional. I had an emergency order and was trying to select color, design, sizes etc. on the phone while texting my student at school to finalize the order that had to arrive three days later. He never acted frustrated or that he didn't have time to help me get it right. I felt like my order was the most important order to him. I rarely encounter such high quality customer service people. You should promote him and have him train others!! I will order your products again! You really "get" customer service!! I applaud you!

Overall, my experience with CustomInk on this order was mediocre. I have ordered from CustomInk in the past and was very satisfied with the work. While I have no complaints on the outcome of the design, printing, or shipping, the issue with the sizing of the tanks was ultimately a huge negative experience. There was zero indication that the sizing of these tanks would be different from previous orders, and that has led me to a poor experience, especially since it was such a large order.

The customer service was great--I ordered over Easter weekend on rush delivery, and the t-shirt maker was in constant contact with me to work out some issues right away. They also combined my order to save me over $100! Thanks so much!
