The customer service with this company far exceeds any other that we have worked with for customized promotional apparel. We will definitely be working with CustomInk in the future. They were very fast answering questions, getting quotes, helping us through the ordering/approval process and actual item production and shipping were also much faster than other companies.

Overall this wasn't my best experience with CustomInk. I've been ordering from CustomInk for almost 10 years, and have always had a great experience. I'm glad I have those experiences to fall back on, because after this one I probably wouldn't recommend CustomInk. The ordering process was very drawn-out and disorganized, and I wasn't 100% happy with my final product. It wasn't nearly bad enough to send it back, but I probably won't be reordering this item. Everyone was extremely nice and as helpful as possible, but I really got tossed around. My emails kept getting redirected to new people who kept trying to restart a new order. And the person I initially worked with would go radio silent and then pop back up. This was just frustrating and extended the time it took to place my order to about 2 weeks. On the whole it wasn't a negative experience, but it wasn't the awesome experience that I typically have with CustomInk. I'll probably continue to place very basic orders with CustomInk, but will take more complex designs elsewhere.

The entire process of ordering our custom shirts was extremely efficient and well done. I needed these shirts in a short amount of time and received them well in advance. Speaking with the customer service agents was a breeze and they were extremely knowledgeable.
