In general, my experience with CustomInk has been good. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. A few features are a little bit annoying. For example, because my design needed to be tweaked by the art department, it would have been nice to be able to get an image of the design before the order had to be placed so that, for group orders, I could show my group what the shirts would exactly look like. Also, with a large order with varying sizes (and types of shirts - e.g., we had both the regular American Apparel jersey shirt and the Juniors version), it'd be nice to get the option, for maybe a small extra charge, of having the design be slightly smaller on the junior shirts, rather than having to choose to either have a too-large design on junior shirts or a too-small design on the regular shirts. My order this time around was slightly less satisfactory than it has been in the past because of the issue with the print of the design as described above.

Fantastic service and product. I will never use another company for custom shirts. The customer service is really why, from the natural chat conversation to the follow up emails to the amazing care in packaging. I cannot think of anything that could have possibly been done better.

As a Designer I'm disappointed how long it took Custom Ink and the multiple different people I spoke with to get anything right, they even printed an American flag graphic upside-down. I'm not thrilled that Custom Ink is using third-party printers, it should be done all in-house for a quality control and consistency. I've spent a total of 10+ hours on the phone to get things right nine hours+ with Custom Ink and one and a half hours with American Apparel. But Mia Perhacs, Sales Manager CustomInk Service/Sales has step up to the plate and taken the reins and has got things corrected and right, But I feel that it shouldn't take 9+ hours on the phone to do, that's unacceptable. As a designer I need to speak directly to the art department so I don’t have to go back and for for days because that causes delays.
