The Booster.com staff was incredibly helpful, prompt in answering phone calls, and responding to emails and concerns. I highly recommend Booster to anyone that is interested in this type of fundraising and I will continue to use Booster for my program's annual T-shirt fundraiser. The ordering process was easy for our supporters, shirts were delivered earlier than anticipated, and the product is fantastic!

I worked with several different people and each one was exceptional. Friendly and helpful! Can't say enough how impressed I was with customer service. My only suggestions would be to have more samples available for your representatives to reference. I originally was going to order a royal blue shirt but it didn't have that shade in the kids size so we were going to pair it with lapis. I didn't have time to order samples since I wanted to fit in the 2 week free shipping window and it would have been helpful if the representative and access to all shades in all fabrics. (He did go to check but those colors/styles weren't available to him.)

Great experience with the website and getting the order complete. I liked being able to have each individual order the shirt they want and pay online instead of paying upfront and collecting the money. Great work. However, I am dissapointed that it was not clear how small the american apparel juniors shirts were, we would have ordered larger sizes.

Customer service was outstanding: fast, courteous and very helpful. The American-made shirts are amazing quality, both the shirts themselves and the printing, even when I had to change from two colors to one. Shipping was fast and they were well-protected in case of rain. Other than the junior sizes being very small (3 sizes smaller than tagged), I'm impressed. Thank you.

In general, my experience with CustomInk has been good. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. A few features are a little bit annoying. For example, because my design needed to be tweaked by the art department, it would have been nice to be able to get an image of the design before the order had to be placed so that, for group orders, I could show my group what the shirts would exactly look like. Also, with a large order with varying sizes (and types of shirts - e.g., we had both the regular American Apparel jersey shirt and the Juniors version), it'd be nice to get the option, for maybe a small extra charge, of having the design be slightly smaller on the junior shirts, rather than having to choose to either have a too-large design on junior shirts or a too-small design on the regular shirts. My order this time around was slightly less satisfactory than it has been in the past because of the issue with the print of the design as described above.
