custom ink is such a great company. All of their staff are always so helpful, and friendly on the phone. Their products ship out so fast and the quality is very good. Im impressed with the whole experience. I always go to custom ink for my custom made shirts.

Customer service was great, all the reps I talked to were extremely friendly. Justin was particularly helpful with all my multiple questions. My only complaint is that there should be item numbers for the apparel as I was mixing and matching and I accidentally ordered a Gildan Tshirt instead of the Gildan Polo for someone.

My Customink experience was one to remember! I usually dread having to deal with sales people over the phone, they don't always listen and are always trying to make another sales pitch, no matter how many times you say NO, but this call was different. I had to order 32 shirts in different sizes for a graduation. Denise Holzmeier answered my call, she patiently listened to everything I had to say and made this a wonderful experience. She showed a personal interest in my purchase and was kind enough to commend me on my design as well as run through every possible change that would save me some money. My Family and I Love the shirts! We will be back! Thank you Denise for being the Perfect Customer Service Agent!

As everybody else, I am always busy and never have time to write reviews but I was looking forward to doing this one. The company is amazing, from the great designs you have on the web page (far superior than anywhere else) to the times I've spoken with your representatives over the phone, they were all fantastic, knowledgeable and super friendly. Finally my product came and it was fabulous. The quality is great and the work was nicely done. I take the time to write this review because companies nowadays have forgotten what customer service is, but you guys need to be given an A+ on how to treat the customers. Thank you so much! I will definitely be ordering from you again and I am already telling everyone about you! I love my shirts!!!!

Another great order! Customink went above and beyond in customer service. They were great to deal with through the design and ordering process. Very polite which is hard to come by these days with larger companies. They are quick to answer the phone (a real person), quick with answers, and quick to get back to you. I was very pleased despite a quality concern with some of the screen prints. Overall, I highly recommend customink. It was a pleasure to do business with them again, and look forward to future orders!

Overall, Customink did a great job with making our Poms Squad shirts. They really stuck with me throughout the whole process to ensure that we were ordering exactly what we wanted. The shirts came out great and even better they shipped in 2 days rather than the 2 weeks time that we were expecting!
