We were very pleased with the attention that we received from your staff and the entire experience was pleasant after I finally called about ordering. Your website was very frustrating as you don't state how many colors each item was limited too until art was uploaded (atleast we couldn't find it). I wasted probably 1-1/2 hours uploading and changing art to meet the requirements and it would only allow me to order one product at a time. I finally had to call and place the order. I like how you can log on via email address but did not like that i had to enter it EVERY time i wanted to review my cart. it was cumbersome. i would order again, but would need to call, i would not use your website. your prices are a bit high.

your team fixed design and delivery problems. saved me some money by correcting a design mistake i'd made. they also solved a delivery problem that ups had. very happy with your customer service team

My shirts arrived very quickly and all look great. Nicely done, I will be back for sure!

Overall, I like this website a lot. I feel it gives you a lot of creative freedom to make your shirt, and a lot of options as to what kind of shirt you want.

had a bad experience with some hats last year. chose to try again this year with these shirts and some other 9fifty hats this week. both were great. love the new emails and follow ups you're doing. and the proofing process with the text reminders is a nice touch.
