Not bad overall - quick turnaround, excellent customer service (placed most of the order via phone and e-mail, and not by website). A few small issues with the screen printing but nothing major.

We had to go back and forth a number of times with our design and we actually had a total of three versions printed before we had the final one that we loved. I think these additional expenses both for us and for you could have been avoided. The first design was too large and looked good on paper, but did not translate to a shirt design. I feel like your expertise would have benefitted us in this situation. With the second to last version the word "August" was improperly positioned and the design was still too large. I would think that your group could potentially "catch" these artistic nuances that change a shirt from "home made" to "personalized." I appreciate your need to keep the customer service representatives separate from the artists so that the artists have time to work, however in our case, I think it would have saved a lot of time and money if we could have had a discussion with an artist directly. This could have occured later in the process when it was clear that there was a lot of back and forth and some miscommunication. Maybe if there is quite a bit of back and forth as in this case, there can be an option where we are routed directly to an artist and can make the changes real time, in discussion with that person. That way, rather than saying, "center the August" and then awaiting the design change, only to find that a centered "August" looks odd and it actually needs to be 2/3 of the way down to look appropriate. I think a real-time discussion would have limited the back and forth and improved the customer experience. In the end we got exactly what we wanted and I will definitely use your company again and recommend it to all of my friends.

The final product looks EXACTLY as it appeared on the website. Jackets showed up EXACTLY when CustomInk said they would. Customer service was amazing to deal with, and the website is designed very well and super easy to use.
I was very impressed with the customer service and staff at CustomInk. Delivery was right on time! I was disappointed at slightly sloppy printing and sizes running small without notation.
