From the website to the customer service and the shipping and finally the product itself, my experience with CustomInk has been fabulous! The website was easy to navigate and gave me easily accessible information and choices. Customer Service contacted me about placement issues in my shirts to make sure I wanted my logo where it was placed. which I actually changed not realizing I had placed it on the wrong side. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have known that! The reps I spoke with were very friendly and polite! My order was made and shipped in a very timely manner and packaged very well!
