It was an easy and productive process with good pricing and prompt service, production and shipping. The product we received was exactly as we expected and designed and are extremely happy to be giving the koozies to our wedding guests!

I have ordered many things from CustomInk in the past but haven't for a while because I haven't had an event or reason to. My wedding is coming up and I knew that CustomInk would be just the perfect present for my guests to take home. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and our koozies! I know our guests will love them! I have nothing but amazing things to say about CustomInk and my experience. I even told my maid of honor to order the shirts for my bachelorette party on here! I can't wait to see how those turn out! 6/4/13 update: LOVED the shirts from the bachelorette party! I can't give feedback on it since i didn't order it but LOVED them. If that is one thing you know how to do that is it. I would recommend your shirt making to anyone but anything other than shirts is a gamble.

Working with CustomInk was so easy. We ordered these koozies as our wedding favors. I ordered from your website due to the ease of creating the product and seeing the finished product before I placed the order. I could really see what I was ordering. The number of pre-made graphics available to choose from were plentiful. I had some questions and the chat feature was also very beneficial as well as the person on the phone when I called to confirm my order was so professional and polite. I really felt like CustomInk wanted my order to be perfect and we are very pleased with our final product.

I did not deal directly with a memeber of customer service but my ordering/proofing experience was a good one.
