Your website is nicely automated. It would be nice to have emails sent out at each stated of the production process. I believe I only received emails when the order was placed, proofed and shipped. I don't think I received an "in production" email. I kept checking the order status after the proof was approved to see if it was in production yet.

The customer service was great...appreciate the questions about the order to ensure everything was correct and also the proofing process. The order came in so quickly, which was great!
