I was impressed with everything from the ease of ordering, to the pricing (which was the greatest value that I found) to the customer service. well the website wassnt helpful because it didnt list the actual price of the item, but instead after i purchased them somone had to call me and tell me that i had to pay more, which i did not appiercaite.
