Overall the website was easy to use and before placing my order I contacted the customer service team to go through it with me, and they were very knowledgeable and had useful suggestions that saved me money. Once the order was placed, I received a proof within a few days to approve, which I did. The order came quicker than expected, it was a week sooner! Being that my 20 shirts I ordered are for a family reunion event, being early was a very nice surprise. The quality came out great and I would definitely use Custom Ink again for my next event.

My overall experience with Custom Ink was excellent! I ordered seven matching shirts for my grandchildren to wear in our annual beach trip picture. I especially loved having the option to create my own shirt with all the fonts, pictures, and symbols available to use. The process was easy and the results were exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated being able to view a proof of the shirts before final printing. That way, there were no surprises when my shirts arrived. I will definitely order again in the future!

Per usual, a superb job by CustomInk. Great quality on printing and the t-shirts themselves. Simple-to-use website allows you to share and confirm draft designs with others before you place order. Customer service rocks. I used them to place my final order to be sure design would look great. No problems at all. I do recommend starting the process early if you need collegiate approval as that can take a little time. But CustomInk did keep things moving without any problems. We got our shirts in plenty of time.
