The only problem I had was that I couldn't make more than one order at a time I had to make three separate orders to get different colors and styles that was the only thing I had to put my credit card in three different times with all my information and it was a pain but I do think that the over all experience was good

So happy with the tees we ordered from Custom Ink! The process was easy, the quality is excellent and the price is right. Can't wait to see all of the kiddos in their shirts at my son's birthday party this weekend!

My experience was a great one! Your customer service rocks!!!!!! Changes had to be made after the order was placed online, but it didn't interrupt the services that your company provided in a very professional and timely manner. Your company was recommended by a friend and I do look forward to doing business with your company in the near future.

Normally when I get calls from 1-800 numbers...it's not good news...however, once again CustomInk and, more specifically, my personal t-shirt commando, Neil O'Hare had to make sure I was fully satisfied with my most recent order. So to answer your question Neil, yes...I am satisfied....also my t-shirts are nice too! Thanks for calling to make sure!!

Absolutely loved the Customer Service rep Amber!!!! She seemed very knowledgeable and was very personable. She was just as excited as we were.

EASY step by step instructions for designing, ordering, etc. Online group communication and online sign up sheeet were very convenient. Customer service phone reps were GREAT! Will definitely order from Custom Ink in the future!
