So far I have only used custom ink one time, but it will not be the last.

Experience was great, but for the price I paid, I would have accepted nothing less.

Great customer service! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgable!!! The shirts turned out great! Items were delivered way ahead of schedule! Excellent work and will definitely order again!

Let me start with the one negative - on the last order I just received, the very top sweatshirt (and there was only 5 items in the box) - had a stain on the chest/neck area, right below the collar. I tried washing the sweatshirt at home - it came out to where if you didn't know there was a stain, you'd have to look for it. But from a quality control standpoint - I definitely didn't appreciate having to wash a sweatshirt that arrived that day because it was shipped with a stain on it (and it was in the plastic - so hard to believe that happened during transit).

I am very pleased with my 2nd year in a row experience with customink. Whenever I call I get a very helpful and knowledeable person to help me with what I need- the items are first rate- they arrive packaged very nicely and protected in plastic in case of rain or snow. The logo designs come out nicely- the prices are extemely reasonable and the turn around time is great. I was worried about getting the order in late (after all the ladies finally agreed on sizes and design) but we got our shipment very quickly and in before our race.

I had a great experience, the only issue might be that I didn't order enough shirts.

Wonderful experience! Ordered the shirts two weeks before our race. Didn't pay for expedited shipping, instead said a little prayer! The shirts came in early and we were thrilled. Again, perfect. I called twice to check on the type of shirt I wanted (this was being designed for a team of marathon runners) and customer service couldn't have been faster or more responsive. The order was done on time and delivered on time - just in time for the St. George marathon. The entire experience was perfect. Thank you!

I was vey much impressed with everything from beginning to end. Website is very easy to navigate and easy to create shirts, I called to place my order because I had several different shirts to order. Great customer service from the lady who helped me. Order was processed and shipped super fast. You all did an awesome job. Love the shirts. Thank you!
