Overall experience was positive. The only thing I would say is that the package did not arrive at the guranteed delivery date. It arrived the following monday instead of the friday. Wether this be due to the Canadian UPS delivery times or what not I would have appreciated any updated information in that regard. I did not recieve a call from the company on the delay or an explanation but at this time around I will attribute it to the Canadian UPS delivery system. So in short I would like to them to either update me sellers on these potential delays or put a more realistic deadline on their page. If the package is supposed to arrive on a friday I can find it understandable that it would be a Friday-Monday kind of situation due to shipping times. I did need the shirts fast and thankfully they came before Tuesday so it all ended fine however again this process should've been much smoother and much more heavy on communication as it did pass their claimed Guranteed Delivery date.
