The online design platform was easy to use, but the design that your team made was way better than I one I submitted! I liked having a professional design for no added cost. As a Canadian, it was nice that you shipped to Canada, but it would be convenient if you charged in Canadian Dollars.

This was an extremely easy process. I love that they send you a draft of the outcome ahead of time for you to review and approve. The ink quality is amazing. It's not too thin, were I'd worry about the ink wearing out. But it's also not too thick. I believe the quantity of ink is PERFECT. You have an amazing team that knows what customer service is. It is very rare to find a company that truly wants to help their customers get what they want. I dealt with several Customink team members and they were all amazing to work with. That is amazing as with most companies you will encounter a few who really do not care. This is not the case with Customink. Everyone helped me to get to the final product that I love and am sure the recipients will love too. I did find through the design process that some team members were more creative than others so I would end the call or chat and call the next night to try to get a more creative artist and although it took longer i ended up with a beautiful tshirt. Thank you Customink!!

It needs to be more clear on your elwebsite that you much reach your estimated number of items or above, or you will have to pay additional costs. If I had known that would happen, I would have lowered my estimate.
