This process was really straightforward and the result turned out really well. I didn't have any reason to interact with customer service, so I can't speak to how responsive or helpful they are, but I'm very satisfied with my experience overall.

I don’t really do reviews, but tge experience was great.

on the front end everyone was helpful. Assuring me things would be fine. I still have an order coming that I actually made a mistake on and the inking service person was great. We got to it before it was supposed to be printed and fixed the logo error. I am nervous however, on this backend that something went wrong in printing again. I am heavily considering being done with custom ink after all these years and going local.

First time customer, first time custom tee shirt, and it was so EASY AND PERFECT! The CustomInk customer support made it that way. They were knowledgeable & patient. We had an idea, they made it work. It'll be the hit of our family vacation!

I was worried about how the image would appear on the shirt since this was my first time ordering something like this. But it came out perfect and I have no complaints! I would highly order back here again for any custom logo needed on a shirt.

Everything is fine but the colors are off. The yellow in partictular is a shade of pea green which throws off the whole design.

I was unaware that the the fundraiser shirts and bulk order shirts were not under the same order. I received an email saying we didn’t have enough orders for the shirts to be printed. So I contacted the people that ordered them to let them know. Some of our orders people sent me their money so I placed those in a bulk order. After receiving the email about not being able to print I received another email saying that my bulk order shirts were shipped. When I asked about it they said it goes in as separate orders. This doesn’t make any sense because it is the same shirt. So now I have a few people that don’t have shirts that they wanted. I also didn’t know that the bulk order shirts were more expensive. Yes the quality of the shirt is good but I was embarrassed to ask $22 for the fundraiser shirts much less $36 for the bulk order. That is absolutely insane! I couldn’t ask the others to pay an extra $14 for the same shirt so that money came out of my pocket. While I am satisfied with the actual shirts, I will not be using your services any longer.

We are going on a family beach week, and the team at Custom Ink (especially Amy Hale) helped me design a creative and super fun t-shirt design. She showed me the fabric, the sizes, and the final proof of the shirt. She also helped me make sure the design would fit on the Toddler shirts!! When I had to change one of the sizes (the next day! I was panicked) the Custom Ink staff worked as a team to adjust the order so we got the right size. I highly recommend Custom Ink and going into the shop - within an hour I had the design completed and the order completed. And this was a small order (only 12 shirts) but they will always get my repeat business and my referrals to any and all people looking for custom design apparel.
