I am extremely pleased with your work! I was surprised to see how much emails I got to make sure what i ordered was done perfectly. I was so nervous that the bags would come in after we needed them since they were due to come in so close to the date, but your constantly emails and help made me feel sure they would come on time, and they did, 2 days early! I will definitely be coming again, and I have already started recommending!

I have never dealt with any company that took better care of its customers. CustomInk's staff was so helpful as I repeatedly badgered them with questions via chat and phone. And it wasn't just one person, it was EVERY ONE of the 6-8 different representatives that I spoke with over the course of the order. I ordered custom bags and two types of t-shirts for a large event, and due to some restrictions, the designs had to be tweaked multiple times. I was very impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable everyone was, as well as the quality of the final products. All the orders arrived early and were well packaged. Our group loved the shirts! Next time I have an event, I will be returning to CustomInk because the quality of service was unparalleled and the prices were very competitive. Truly a pleasure to work with.

Custom Ink Fucking Rocks! If I had the money I would make a bag a week.

This is my second experience with CustomInk and, once again, it was A+. The web site makes product selection and design fun and easy, our specific order required follow-up customer service help so that we could have assorted colors and that was done with expertise and efficiency, later we needed another customer service interaction to clarify the specs of the product and received a considerate price adjustment based on that clarification, and then we experienced earlier than expected fulfillment and delivery. Plus, the quality and look of the product is great. And so the all around experience was very satisfying, and by that I mean excellent.

Ordering things online was just fine, the website is easy to follow... I was disapointed that some of the design was peeling though.

What I enjoyed about this site and experience was that I was able to design a duffle bag without any sort of commitment, they held on to my design and reminded me that they could help me with my design. It was easy to change the quanitity and get a per item price. The item was shipped quickly and packaged professionally. I will recommend this site to others.
