I had a wonderful experience with CustomInk from the very beginning of the process to the day I recieved my shirts. I had all my questions answered quickly on the chat tool (which was awesome - no hold music!). And from the time I placed my order, everyone I interacted with did everything they could to make me happy and help me get my shirts on time for my event. Everyone I talked to was awesome, but Brendan Taylor was expecially helpful with translating our design ideas into something that would print well and look great. It was great! This was a reorder. Several people wanted one after seeing my original order. Obviously the price was much better on the first order which was larger.

Overall, our experience was good, and as usual, the representatives I talked to on the phone were very helpful and eager to answer questions. I am disappointed in the sizing for the little girls shirts -- especially since we were ordering for multiple families. We will continue to use Customink -- I'll just be more wary of the size charts in the future and probably won't order something unless I know how it fits.

The first customer service rep (a woman) I spoke to when initially placing my order was very short with me. I felt rushed throughout the entire phone conversation and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. I didn't feel like she really cared to help me, but instead, that she just wanted me off the phone. She spoke too quickly, which made it difficult for me to understand her. All of this made for a very confusing and frustrating situation that resulted in a mistake with the screen print on my hooded sweatshirts. She also didn't know what colors and sizes were out of stock, and once I placed the order, someone called me later telling me that the item I wanted wasn't available. It would be nice to call and have someone who was courteous on the phone take our order without us feeling so rushed. It took several emails and phone conversations back and forth (over a few days), to finally get everything ordered. But after all of the frustration, our order was still incorrect when we received it. I spoke with a customer service rep 2 days ago and he helped me out with a refund on the missing screen print and gave us a credit. We will order from Customink again because we've never had a negative experience with you, and consider this a fluke.
The process was quick, easy and inexpensive.
