The CustomInk people are great. Customer service is excellent, responsiveness is excellent, turn around is fast. Maybe too fast -- I spent an extra 25% for one week delivery and the items arrived in a day. Makes me think I'd have been ok if I had ordered it without the rush (needed it in 10 days, not normal 2 weeks).
