I was very happy with my CustomInk experience. Changes had to be made to my design due to copyright issues, yet CustomInk's customer service representatives were extremely helpful, & I still received my order on the date originally promised. We ordered shirts for a company event. We had always used a third party promotions consultant to order shirts before so we were a little weary to try ordering online. Not only was it a much cheaper option, it greatly exceeded our expectations. The quality of the shirts we received were outstanding and the screen printing was very well done. It was exactly what we had wanted and then some. On top of all that, it didn't take well over a month for our order to come in like it did when we ordered through a third party! We are very pleased and will be using your services again!

Overall I am satisfied with Custom Ink, However I think custom ink is a little pricey. Howver when you factor in free shipping and no tax. It is an acceptable trade off without a doubt. As long as the savings we get isn't baked into the cost to offset the value of no tax and shipping because that then defeats the purpose of the value those discounts bring.
