From the time I went to their website and began the process of ordering custom embroidered hats to the final shipment I was nothing but pleased! From the personal customer service (Live chat where they actually remember your name, quick email responses, and feedback from the designers) to the price and quality of the hats and best of all, the VERY fast completion and delivery (And we're in Iraq to help estimate distance) there was nothing left to desire.
