I couldn't have wished for a better experience!! From logging on the website to ordering, things went without a hitch!! My cups are beautiful and will look perfect at our reception thanks to CustomInk!!!

As before, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product. I had ordered shirts before and was very pleased with the quality of the material,but was not sure how that would translate to a plastic product. I was afraid the cups might be flimsy plastic, as some are, or that the color would be more transparent and the design would not show up as well. I was most pleased to see that the cups were a thick sturdy plastic and the design looked great on them. Thanks so much

Experience was great; customer service very helpful and knowledgable, cups turned out looking real good. Only thing to make them better is to have a cold drink in them.

I had an excellent experience with Customink. I first contacted a specialist via chat on the website, because I did not need 70 cups, and it seemed wasteful to me to order them beacuse of the minimum. I asked if you did specialized orders. She got back to me within 25mins via email with a price quote. When I called to place the order, I spoke with Humza and he was also very friendly and helpful in processing my order. My order arrived several days earlier than anticipated. I got an email from someone on your team saying that they noticed it was for a birthday party and thanking me for choosing customink and that he was sure Frank (my husband) would love the surprise. Overall the custom service was excellent. I will definately use your site in the future and spread the word about the company!!
