Maaaaaaan, listen. OMG! Lol! I felt so happy and pleased the day my merch came, I sent an email to the customer service email--simply because I didn't know who else to talk to about how happy I was with the order!! Everything looks great, I feel like I got the best deal, given that I used the most affordable items to make the merch. Affordability did NOT equate to any drop in quality! Mind you, I have yet to wash the garment so maybe i'll follow up, but--as of now--I'm one happy chick!! Much love to Amy S. and the whole crew!

I made T-shirts for a group of friends. It was a very easy process. Graphics were customized to look exactly the way I wanted. Had them shipped to cross country and they arrived quickly. Everybody loves them!

I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by members of the Custom Ink team immediately after submitting my order. There were a couple minor adjustments to be made in order for my custom design to work. After that information was clearly communicated to me, I let them know I would trust their judgment on any adjustments to be made. I was not disappointed !

I enjoy working with Custom Ink. I did have a problem initially, but it was resolved by someone over the phone who was a very good listener and mitigated the situation. I am hoping to continue to work with Custom Ink for our summer reading t-shirts each year because it is fun to design our own and we love the quality of the shirts!

9 out of 10 overall, excellent customer service, speedy and efficient process, excellent communication through entire process, great value. If i bought 50, 100, or 250 t-shirts and i was reselling them to make money, i would pull the few that were "barely off/not perfect" and return them, for replacement. Since this was only 12 shirts for a small group of friends and, these were not for commercial resell, i can let it slide that 3 were "barely off/not perfect". Overall, Great experience with Custom Ink! I will recommend Custom Ink and will return for future orders. Appreciate the excellent experience and fair value.
