Customer service was very helpful and made the ordering process a breeze.

I had an exceptional experience working with Customink. I had a few questions thru the process and each time the response time was very quick and not only were they very helpful and knowledgable but they were also very nice. Each Team member made an effort to make it a very personable experience. Once I placed my order it took less than a week for our teams shirts to arrive and they look great. We're so excited for our upcoming mud run and now well like great while getting covered in mud. I would definatly use Customink again and would recommend to a friend. Thank you

The design tool and the delivery was good. Unfortunately the shirts are so small that they were a little disappointing. Next time I will order more carefully.

I am not sure that you could improve upon my experience with CustomInk. In a word it was, Awesome!

Exceptional customer service, fast delivery (I received my order days before it was expected to deliver), my design and color online were exactly what I received in the final product! Also, the communication via email updates were fantastic, I never had to worry about where my order was or what step my order was in throughout the whole process. And if the company had any questions or needed to confirm something with you they promptly contact you so your order is not held up!

The design application is amazing and easy to use and i love that you offer to help out with our fundraisers by making a donation and offering to sell our shirts. I have Systemic Lupus so I have a team in the Lupus Foundation of America North Texas Chapter's Walk to End Lupus Now every year and I will definitely be using CustomInk from now on for my team shirts. I was extremely happy about the way the order was packaged. It is that extra caring in placing the items in plastic to protect it during shipment, that took the experience over the top. I have told everyone how wonderful the staff is! The ease of orderinig! The ability to proof the print and make changes to the color, number ordered, etc. The BEST feature is FREE SHIPPING and GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE! You guys rock!

I am very pleased with the entire experience - from the website to the customer service to the quality of the shirts. The only thing that might have made ordering a bit easier was if once you created a design on a particular type of shirt - say a men's tshirt - if somehow you could order the same design in different shirt styles at the same time. But, even though I had to call customer service to do this, it was easy once I got to speak with a person.
