The only negative I had was in the shipping. The shipping was moved up (delivery scheduled early) and was expected on a day where we were going out of town. We tried to go to the shipper website and requested 'signature required' for delivery. However, those instructions were ignored and they delivered them anyway! There have been packages stolen in our neighborhood. I ended up having to make an unexpected trip home to put them in the house.

Overall I had a very good experience with custom ink, the shots I ordered exactly came as I expected and even sooner than the estimated delivery date! I had a question after my order and I got a response immediately, Thanks Custom Ink!

I was very impressed at how my order was handled. Communication and accuracy were perfect

The pricing was higher than I anticipated but the workmanship was perfect. Unfortunately, I had to order double than what I needed. They came on time and not one broken glass. Incredibly easy to work with!

Custom Ink costs somewhat more than the cheapest offers online but their product quality, attentive service, and prompt delivery is worth it.

From start to finish, I had a great experience. When my original design was not accepted due to protection and copyrighted issues, the designer worked with me and created an even better design for my shot glasses. They came out wonderful and were delivered earlier than expected.
