I recieved the same excellent customer service, high quality product, and unbelievable turnaround as the first time I ordered! I gave the highest rating for customer service. The first Customer Service Rep I spoke with helped me set up design changes, was able to retrieve a font that was not available in the design lab to match our sponsors logo, and gave a small yet very appreciated discount. He was extremely courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable of the extents and limitations of CustomInk's abilities. This was all while I was on the road and unable to view the site. As a previous CSR myself and one who deals with service daily, I believe he deserves a raise, promotion, or at minimum, another vacation day. I was so busy and in such a hurry, that I forgot to get his name, but i believe his name was Jimmy. The second CSR I spoke with deserves the same praise. Like Jimmy, she was also very polite and seemed eager to help. Although this time I only needed proofs of our design re-emailed for our sponsor, she was able to send them to me immediately and with no complications. She almost seemed bummed that there wasn't anything else I needed help with. Her email stated her name was Amy K. Although I was immensely happy with the other aspects of my CustomInk experience, I lowered the marks I gave these, only to show how ecstatic i was with the customer service! Finally, the project completion time and delivery window was AMAZING! The CustomInk normal window was less than other companies "Rush Promise" If this is normal routine for CustomInk, a radio button should be added to this survey for this feature. I could not be happier with the jerseys i recieved, and I will be using and recommending CustomInk in the future.

Only buy from this place if you need a large amount and won't need additional ones later. If you only need a bunch of additional jerseys, they could cost 50% more than when you ordered the large number.

Just remember that your design on the website is on a flat jersey, when worn by an actual person the jersey hangs differently so be sure to consider this when deciding the placement of your lettering and numbers. Overall very satisfied with my jerseys.
