I had an issue with payment on my order and had to call customer service. They were absolutely amazing! I loved that I was directed to a person right away and didn't have to wait. The person I talked to was so friendly and helpful!

I am not yet sure who I need to talk to regarding the shirts that have a defect so I can't comment on customer service yet. They look great. The long sleeve pink ones are on the thin side but they are good.

I needed sweatshirts for a giveaway at my son's party and had been searching online for an easy and fast way to design and get the order in time. Custom Ink's website had many choices of apparel and designs and even with not having graphic design skills, I was able to make something nice very quickly. Their shipping was quick, on time and I didn't even have to pay extra for it.

It took my daughter-in-law a couple of try’s to figure out that they had to be priced 1st and then the sizes could be ordered on the website. Otherwise no problems at all.
