I would tell them not to be afraid to ask questions if unsure about the product in which they were purchasing and explain how well my experience was with CustomInks knowledgable staff. I would also tell them that the merchandise that I purchased came out perfect. The shirt quality was wonderful, the print on the shirt was fantastic. Lastly, the merchandise was received on time which ment a great deal to me and my family.

this was the best customer service ever. i have ordered apparel and things from many websites and local companies. it IS by far the most expensive otherwise i would use them for everything. i am sure i will use them again as the customer service was so impressive...just wish it was more comparable in price to other companies.
