The price was reasonable, the website generally user friendly, and the customer service was excellent! The only issue was with UPS after the order was shipped. Customink had provided a delivery time of August 14th at the latest, and it was a day late, but that was because of UPS.

You can't go wrong using this company for your custom clothing needs. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their product and the processes used to create a custom product. They were even able to fix a flaw with our uploaded design on the spot. The online chat option is extremely useful, and the phone customer service is also excellent. All email responses are quick, and they really care about getting your order perfect. The preview sent is invaluable to catch any issues before they go to print the items. The variety of products available, as well as the stock options for art, text etc. are vast. I highly recommend Custom Ink to any organization or individual wanting to create a custom clothing item!
