Very impressed with customer service. I had to order a small quantity of sweatshirts at a very tight timeline, and ship them internationally. I initially ordered one style by American Apparel, but after the staff learned that the Canadian supplier for that style couldn't work on such tight timelines, staff walked me through finding another one that met my needs that would be able to arrive on time. The replacement was high quality and much cheaper. I would definitely shop with CustomInk again.

Best website to order clothes! From the fantastic sizing chart showing every actual garment on different body shapes, to the artists who tastefully modified my logo colours in order to save me printing costs, to the live chat that helped add additional products to my order, to the professional packaging that kept my clothes dry and clean, I'm so happy. My shirts and sweaters look so professional. My staff and clients love them. Can't wait to order more!

Frustrating to not receive the product we wanted due to availability, but through customer service we were able to come up with a compromise that would still do it's job for our order. The website could include notes on the for Of products, as I ordered smalls for girls 5' - 5'4 with slim builds and try fit with a huge amount of space.
