Shirts, printing and customer service were all very good. Very happy with final product. Reasonable price for quality of shirt. We got the District brand shirts which are soft and comfortable. "Design Lab" is just ok. It's not easy to change and update your design. Customer Service was helpful but it was frustrating to have to call.

I used the online design tool and put together a cute design. It was tweaked a little by the professional designers, so it looked better. I changed the text after they had "fixed" my design and they made the change without any trouble. We used Custom Ink to collect money and orders from family around the country for our reunion shirts. Everyone ordered what they wanted and paid online. People were happy to choose their own style and color. I placed the final order and received the shirts quickly.
