Ryan was awesome dealing with a very difficult order! The whole thing was just a pleasure to deal with--the order was correct, delivered early (wow!) and everyone loves their new fleecies.

I called today in the hopes that Icould somehow get two more fleeces to the custom order I received this week. I never expected to have the order handled to my complete satisfaction in less than then minutes. Your company is first class!

Overall I feel your company is very helpful and great w/customer service. I had initially tried to get orange women's fleese and a great search ensued but we could not locate anywhere wholesale so we went w/the navy. Would have considered white, colors were problem as we are royal blue and orange.

I found everything to be pretty fantastic. We had to fix the design a little after the first draft was sent to me, but my issues were fixed quickly and I LOVED the final result!! Plus we started working with our organization a while ago, the staff were very patient and worked really hard to help me. Plus our order shipped very quickly. I will definitely be sharing this site with other organizations on my campus. THANK YOU for the positive and easy experience!

Very good! Everyone I talked to was very helpful and overly helpful which was very refreshing I would use them again only issue I had was with UPS delivering my package!

i have to say, i was very impressed with the customer service at this company. every time i called with a question, i quickly reached a real person who was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very helpful. if only all purchasing experiences were this easy!
