Had a wonderful experience utilizing CustomInk! The website is very user friendly. The staff are super friendly and helpful when attempting to customize your orders plus answer your questions. I will be a return customer for sure, and highly recommend CustomInk to anyone attempting to design a T-shirt or accessory.

The customer service we received during the customizing process was great, everyone was very friendly and responded via email or phone very quickly. As stated above we are somewhat disapointed with the final product, but the CS we received was excellent.

I've been in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service for 18 years and I'm rarely impressed by a company's customer service, especially over the last 5 years. CustomInk is rare exception. I spoke with at least 4 different representatives while finalizing my order and was very impressed by each person's friendly voice, competence, and willingness to make sure that I was completely satisfied. The reps made it feel like they cared and that they genuinely liked their job. The online design lab is very easy to use and has so many images and options that you don't have to worry about coming with artwork ready. Fullfillment was also impressive as I had to place an order on Saturday that needed to be in my hands by Thursday. The shipment arrived just as guaranteed. The whole experience was a very pleasant departure from the typical underwhelming experience that we've all grown accustomed to over the last 10 years. I would highly recommend CustomInk to everyone.

CustomInk provides a great service, easy to use, with a lot of options. The ability to view a sample of the order, and the customer service to help the client through the process is very impressive.
