I looked at multiple sites before I landed on Custom Ink. We were looking to design custom hats for our business, and while most sites offered the hat style we liked, their customization options were simply not very robust. Custom Ink's site let us dial in a look for our hat that didn't feel generic, giving us lots of options for embroidery color, fonts, and art. We found something that fit the exact look we were hoping for, and after placing our order were able to work with the revisions that were provided by the Custom Ink artists (revisions we received extremely quickly by the way) and get a product that we absolutely love. During the process of ordering, I mistakenly put in the quantities for sizes, and that was quickly corrected without issue. Customer service was exceptional. The product was high quality, and better than expectations. We already plan on ordering more, as the initial run we ordered went practically overnight.

I didn't know what I was going to design or how to do it. Custom ink's made it all too easy. What made it more special, they actually called my cell, to find out if my emails they have been sending me were good or not. I felt like I had a team of people just for me, who a cared about my order as much as I do.

Custom Ink did a great job with my order. Everything was completed promptly and according to my specifications. I uploaded my own picture, which had to be adjusted in order to be embroidered. The Custom Ink artists came up with an image that worked for both them and me. They made all the adjustments I requested, and my order came out exactly how I expected. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely order from them again.
