Your customer service in general is SUPERIOR. I would like to give a shout out to Meeka Bush and Kayla Standen especially. I always thought Zappos had incredibly helpful, kind and courteous service, but your staff blew me away. Incredible. Quick response, considerate and friendly, and knowledgeable. By e-mail and via phone both. I have recommended them personally to other team moms because they were so helpful and resourceful. So thanks. They deserve the credit on this sale!
