The quality of the pens and the printing itself was very good, but one issue was what we were allowed to put on the pens. I ordered around three weeks prior to the date they were needed, but was contacted nearly two weeks later and informed that we were unable to use "The University of Connecticut" or "UCONN", and we were troubled that we were going to be unable to receive the pens in time. Despite this miscommunication, your company dealt with the situation phenomenally, rushing our order for free and guaranteeing delivery by the date needed. Thanks for everything!!
