CustomInk provided me with the best customer service I think I have ever experienced. What I especially appreciated was how quickly your designers responded to my questions and requests. Additionally, they were able to revise my design to make it look more professional. Finally, not only did I ask for a rush order and received the product in time for my event, but the end product was superb. I ordered the port and company tote bag and gave them to my sisters - they were beyond thrilled with the quality and design. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I wasn't looking to buy anything. I had just seen a CustomInk commercial on tv and was just looking to see what was offered for possible future needs. I found some graphics that I didn't think was available any longer. I found a tote bag I liked, put the graphics and some lettering with it. Within about 30 minutes of looking up the web site for the first time, I had placed an order and had a confirmation #. When the order arrived, 3 days early, it was packed perfectly and was much better quality than I expected. I will definitely use CustomInk again and recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.

Overall, I had a very pleasant first experience ordering from CustomInk. I really appreciated getting the phone call to ask about the color of the screen printing and the packaging was nice and I know that the company cares about the quality of the products.
