OH MY YES! The personal help I received on the hpone was FABULOUS! SHe was courteous, profesional and hilarious! Just having her as our customer service rep made the whole process painless and FUN! The frisbees are AMAZING! Everyone at the wedding loved them and thought they were the 'coolest' thing they ever saw! We will most definatly reccommend CustomInk to others! (I am the marketing director for my company and you can best be sure I will be using CustomInk for my orders from now on!)

A terrific experience, especially the design elements that allow you to see what you are doing as you move parts around. Other sites we visited were not as accommodating in that regard.

Customer service was superb!!!! Your representative Erin K. was professional, responsive, helpful, kind and on top of things. The ability to see the sample and the method by which a customer can approve/disapprove it before the final print is extremely efficient and helpful.

i was very pleased with the slection, and the whole process. custome service was very helpful. i received an email about a change that needed to be made to my design and it made me feel like my order was getting extra attention. the possibilities for desing seemed endless. i am very happy with customlink and would reccommend to anyone.

I think CustomInk was rather expensive, compared to some of the other web sites I checked out for my frisbee order. However, CustomInk won my business because your web site was much easier to use when it came to designing my own frisbee. Sometimes convenience counts too!
