My only complaint is the lack of ability to see a paper sample -- we ordered gray Post-its because our brand uses gray paper. I was hesitant to place such a large order without first being able to see the paper's shade in the flesh. Even with the money-back gaurantee, it would still be easier for us (and surely others like us) to simply have a blank sheet of paper mailed over to review.
