My experience with CustomInk was nothing short of spectacular. I put in an order for twenty eight embroidered polos with a very short time-frame (during the holiday season) and they did a great job working with me to meet the deadline through a variety of hiccups (getting licensing, design tweaks, etc). Their customer service was very friendly an extremely knowledgeable, and conveniently works long hours. Again, after this experience I love CustomInk!

Saving designs could be better. Being able to have an account in which to store and access your designs, rather than saving each change with a new name, would be nice.
