I was very pleased with the customer service and the design of the shirt. I had several shirts however that had a purple ink spot on the bottom. Luckily I had ordered a few extra in every size so I was able to fill the orders that were paid for. Unfortunately this is a fundraiser for the CF Foundation and since I do not have the extra shirts to sell, I was not able to raise as much money as I had hoped. I have emailed my sales consultant about getting these shirts replaced.
I had questions about my custom order and called to complete the order over the phone. Ther person who helped me was super. My order was very confusing and he was soooo helpful and offered solutions to obstacles with my order that were innovative. I am very excited about our final product.
These sweatshirts and t-shirts are awesome! The quality of the image is outstanding. The shading in the cowboy hat was captured perfectly. Thanks again for an exceptional quality product. We will definitely be back for more.

I loved the website interface. The preview of the artwork on the shirt was great. The only snag was when we tried to select multiple shirt styles for the family reunion. We needed everything from Xtra large Ts to infant onesies. My order was taken over the phone successfully but I felt it was difficult to visualize exactly which pieces we had ordered. It could have been streamlined by enabling such a feature on the website.
