Great experience. I called and spoke to a customer service representative before I placed my order - good thing I did. In the course of reviewing my design I found out some of the items were too small to be embroidered with any detail, which would have completely changed the look I was going for. I was able to create a new design that worked much better for an embroidered product. The design review by Satisfaction Assurance was also helpful. They were able to make a couple of subtle changes to the final design that really improved the final product. I will be ordering from CustomInk again in the future.

The quality of this cap exceeded my expectations! The material is high quality, good looking and comfortable. The service was prompt, professional and courteous. I was amazed at how helpful your design staff was. The logo looks fantastic. They had no problems editing the image for the best look and fit on the front of the cap.
HORRIBLE. I WILL POSSIBLY ORDER ONLY PRINTED T-SHIRTS BUT NO EMBROIDERED ITEMS. I COMPLETELY WASTED MY MONEY AND EMBARRASSED TO GIVE THESE HATS AWAY. I WAS BETTER OFF SEWING ON VINYL STICKERS ON THE HATS. NOW THESE HATS I'M STUCK WITH LOOK LIKE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LOGO AND ANIMAL.

The ordering was easy, the customer service was exceptional, the product beat my expectations and I will deal with them again.
I was pleased with the end result but noted that about 3 out of 30 hats did not have the embroidered logo centered. The logo was noticeably off center and not level. At almost 30.00 a hat, I expected all hats to be perfect. Outside of those few errors and the high cost for 30 hats I was very pleased with the overall experience.
