The agent who helped me was very receptive, sweet and professional. With her guidance, I ordered promptly. From the first visit to the website, through a series of professional and courteous email exchanges, to receiving our fabulous t-shirts, this has been one of the most rewarding consumer experiences of my life. Sounds hyperbolic, I know, but C.I.'s customer service is simply the best. Fast responses to questions, expert guidance in adjusting designs, and a surprisingly quick delivery. I spoke with about 4 different customer service representatives, and everyone seemed to really love what they were doing. I will definitely recommend Custom Ink to my colleagues, and will surely use C.I. for our next project. Keep up the good work!
