I love, love, love my shopping experience with Customink. Friendly, helpful people..and the sticker in the box "hoping I love these"..ad lib, I know, but how amazing that anyone gives a rat's ....will be reordering for a third run sooner than later.

Overall I was very happy with the overall experience, I wish I could remember the name of the gals I talked to while in the ordering process, they both did a excellent job helping.

Like I said above, I was very pleased with our first order a month ago and think you have an overall great system,. That said, not having the material in your hands makes the selection and design process difficult.

Really pleased with my experience. Custom ink had the most variety of art and t-shirt choices for what I wanted to do. I used both the live chat and phone customer service options to ask questions about and to place my order. Everyone was great - friendly, helpful and truly interested in getting me the best deal possible and making sure I got what I wanted. If you want to customize your order but can't figure out how to do what you want on the website give them a call - they can tell you if what you want is possible and how to best achieve it. I was able to get exactly what I wanted because I called my order in - I'm glad I didn't just give up when I didn't see the options on the web site. Website was easy to use. Shirts arrived quickly and look awesome. I got thermal shirts and was worried about how the screen printing would turn out on the waffled texture but it looks great/ professional. I wish I could have zoomed in closer on my design preview to make sure certain things lined up precisely - but everything turned out perfect when it arrived - I'm glad they have staff that checks your design out before they print it. Wish the prices could have been a little lower for my small order - but they are comparable to other online services and the shirts turned out great so no real complaints.
