The customer service team was exceptional! The graphic artist did a great job! This project was a memorial t-shirt that my family will wear to spread my father's ashes in his final resting place and the team did a fantastic job making this experience and the final product memorable.

I spoke with Derek concerning my order and he was wonderful. He handled my order with such ease that it put my mind at rest and I knew the t-shirts would come out super. So my thanks to Derek and his skills.

Site was easy to use. We designed our own shirts. Just wish I was more knowledgeable about the weight of the material. Too much money for a shirt I probably won't wear much for being too light weight and see through.

Overall the experience was easy and trouble free. My only complaint (not really a complaint per se) is that i wish the shirts were cheaper. But otherwise everything was easy to use and i really liked the reminder emails to keep me on track. Thanks!

We were very impressed with the whole experience. From the time we logged into design our shirts & when we called to place an order. It was a great experience & we look forward to ordering again. The kids have already asked to have another color & style. If the kids are happy of course we will be happy!!! And to be able to design it yourself is the best of all!

I was SO impressed with the customer service. They were friendly and very helpful. I actually chose custom ink over a lower priced service in my own town because custom ink was much more helpful. I will definitely be using them again.

I had a little difficulty trying to place the order online. I called the company and received an enormous amount of help and support placing this order. The young lady knew the product well and made the on phone ordering a breeze. Really amazing customer service!!
