I really love your customer service. I used your company last year and had a very easy time. This year was a little more complicated. Each time I went to comment, change, question an order, different people always responded (both on the phone and via email). That is fine but I found that sometimes the changes I was making were not always made. I was finding that I needed to clarify and re-clarify because there were so many people engaged in this order. The other thing that was challenging was that I was missing an item. There was a difference between one of the items that I ordered in the quote and what was delivered. I called and this was quickly resolved. The item is being sent to me, which is great. I just wonder if there is a better way to have notes maintained from one sales associate to another to keep everyone informed. This would not stop me from ordering again. It would be nice if it was a smoother process though. Also, I have recommended your company to everyone who mentions needing customized clothing.
