This was my first experience with Customink and it was a great experience. The website was easy to work with and the final product was exactly what I wanted. The quality is good, if not great, and the pricing was very reasonable. The delivery also arrived much sooner than I was quoted so that makes it all the better. BTW I am a very picky consumer but given my experience with Customink I will be back for more....!

Luckily, we have a designer that worked with your team to get the image right. The first image we sent you didn't work because the text in part of the image was too small, so your team changed the file so it would work with your machines. Well, the image they sent back in a proof was terrible. It looked cheap and drew attention to the wrong elements. My designed, which we have to pay a lot of money, had to go back and forth with your team for several rounds before getting something.

The stiching on the caps is not the right size. The test on the front of the caps are not straight or uniform on each cap. Not sure if i would reoder at this time.
