My overall experience was great!! The representatives were kind, friendly, knowledgable and supportive... and it came before the 07 Oct 2013 expected date as well (YEAH!!!) I'll take a pic in my t-shirt and send it along ; ) I have other items I put in for my business, recommended/advertised it on Facebook, as well made my family members aware who are on our Family Reunion Planning Committee...you won't see the last of me - believe that!!!

Aside from my comments above, I would also mention that the graphic artists seemed to take my original artwork (which was ready to go to print) and incorporate their own editions which I didn't want and caused me to have to correct what they did several times--time I could have used otherwise to further my own business. If they didn't do this purposefully, your technology for turning my original artwork into a format you could use to generate my T-shirt graphics appears to be inefficient.

The customer service I received from Gretchen and Damian was unbelievable. They were so helpful and didn't mind my 100 questions. I would suggest to anyone nervous about ordering online to pick up the phone and call. I would especially suggest asking to speak with Gretchen or Damian. I would definitely order from CustomInk again.
