The customer service I received from Gretchen and Damian was unbelievable. They were so helpful and didn't mind my 100 questions. I would suggest to anyone nervous about ordering online to pick up the phone and call. I would especially suggest asking to speak with Gretchen or Damian. I would definitely order from CustomInk again.

So easy and fast to do! I love that CustomInk will work with you to put the same print on a variety of different shirts, even in a small quantity order.

I am so grateful to have stumbled on Customink. At every stage of the project, customer service was there and patient, clear and supportive. I love that they answer the phone at odd hours (when I'm likely to be needing answers) and tolerate my many changes. Further, I appreciate that with each stage of the project, I was clear that the internal notes taken by the previous customer service person meant that I naver had to backtrack or go through tredious explanations. We were alsays on teh same page. Lastly, the web site is increadibly user-frienfly. The best bit is that the actual clothing item is modled by real people in each size, which makes ordering the right size so much easier.
